Here, a quick Video of mine comparing T34 and Ostwind at killing 1 conscript on ~15 range. T34 needs 17sec. Ostwind needs 20sec (while by an accident T34 helped killing the last man, I think it would be 22 instead) In: COH2 Balance

You can't ignor that its AI is better than Ostwind. So it moves into the role of AI unit. Ostwind is a AI unit. Centaur is very good. Fighting against 4men squads. Ostwind should min. perform as good as Cenaur does. lol and Bofors is simply op, should have same weapon as OKW base. That would me so a massive nerf, even with the suppression buff. In: COH2 Balance

Is it so hard for you to understand that tanks fight both infantry and vehicles? Anyways I give up. Axis bias just too strong to have a reasonable thread. Yep, it beats the T34 in a 1vs1. But versus a fraction mainly has huge infantry-sections the lack of AI (until Brummbär) is bleeding you. And why does T34 has such good AI for that price? The MG is simply op. I can see right through your bullshit. So don´t even bother proving how OP the T34 76 is LOL It is a upgrade. Then it performce nearly the same. But, the unit itself is more expensive, the upgrade should increase the damage. But P4 is ok, the T34 is the one simply overperformes. In: COH2 Balance

And as you aren't even playing the game anymore P4 isn't the old P4 when it actually did something, it's been nerfed to the ground. I would actually say it's now only equal vs T34/76 while it costs more and usually have to fight better armored T34/85. It is even worse than T34/76. In: COH2 Balance

Which performance issue? It cost 35 less fuel as the Panzer. Aso it is way better versus infantry as Panzer4 AND Ostwind. Edit: It is simply so, that Ostwind is useless and even T70 outperforms it in use. Then we put T34 beside it, with nearly same price and also allrounder-unit outperforms Ostwind in AI. Edit: You can't dispute the lack of Ostwind. And you can't dispute that T34/76 is OP as AI-unit in comparison with its counterparts. In: COH2 Balance

Quick test of mine, showing how T34 hard overperforms. it still has the MG-bug so it shoots without animator. At range 10 T34 needs 13sec to kill the hole test-squad. You are just making stuff up dude. Check stats before you make posts like this. Also the Tiger is hit or miss but the IS2 is fine? Are we even playing the same game? The IS2 is indeed better than the Tiger but NOT because it has more reliable damage. The IS2 is the real RNG cannon that either misses completely or wipes 3-4 models while the Tiger does relatively consistent damage. The really good thing about the IS2 is 375 armor. T34/76, maybe has worse DPS as the P4 because of longer reload. But it main-gun has "damage_all_in_hold", PnzIV doesn't. Any units outside the actual AoE of the weapon will be hit as if they were at the edge of the AoE. Increasing it's AI performance. + Also the MG of T34 overperformes. It's hull-MG doese more damage as bouth MGs of Panzer 4. Which will shoot on different units. Effect, T34 kills men by men. Panzer 4 makes some squad-damage. Comparing Tiger 1 and IS2 is difficult. In a 1vs1 IS2 will easy win. It has more AOE, but worse reload. It has hore armor. Tiger often misses same as IS2, but ist reload compensate. Better compare Pershing and Tiger, where Pershing has way better gun. + The real differences are, that IS2 will bounce some shots instead of Tiger. In: COH2 Balance

Communicating that these boosts don't overstack with weapon upgrades is another thing. Or stack this with teching up instead. Regardless, I think things regarding manpower and/or numbers gives them the Soviet feel and attritional play they are designed for.
