Remember, you have until the following Sunday at 8:00EST each week to submit and notify the referees. Below is the time frame.

• Replays submitted and notification to referee in discord by the 8th 8:00 EST
  
• Replays submitted and notification to referee in discord by the 15th 8:00 EST
  
• Replays submitted and notification to referee in discord by the 22nd 8:00 EST
  
• Replays submitted and notification to referee in discord by by the 29th 8:00 EST

do i need to be on the discord server during the tour ?

i failed to send the right mail to get the verification email .

how can i get the info for schedules and so on ?

Afaik it was always so since years. If a house has 2 doors, you can wire 1 door and nobody can use the door anymore. But if there is only 1 door, its magic happing

So its a feature and not a bug xD
