Ost doesnt have non-doc vehicle smoke, but once they get it they get it on every single vehicle. Sovs doesnt have vehicle smoke but they make up for it in other unit stats so its a non-issue. It was annoying that they didn't start the game for over 20min and then played like that, but as the casters said they are already in and have played a full day of games. They shouldn't be banned, but they should be given a warning for at least not telling the casters and community that they were wasting time starting the game and playing the game. +1 But any next trolling should be punished hard.
