Played two games so it is a bit early to come to a conclusion.
Though I did lose a Tiger to T-34 spam in a situation where I shouldn´t have lost the Tiger. Keeping the frontal armor at the T-34s and driving backwards and having a Pak behind. The Pak was killed almost instantly by the coax MGs + shots and the Tiger simply couldn´t handle the T-34s which penetrated way too often.
Guess I should try StuG spam.

1CP "request help"- Unable to effectly launch military operations with poor quality Italian infantry, select one Allie squad and take control of it.
2CP-(Italian Parstians) The Few Italian units with some backbone, armed with SMGs and poweful AT nades can be deploy via Ambient buildings, However Caution if player drops below 200 CP their is a chance that those same Parastins will turn on the player to overthrow him.
4CP-"Beg for help"- continual failures by superior enemy vehicle s and tanks have put you in dire situation, select any allie team vehicle and take control of it.
5CP "cowardly surrender" Poorly equip italian infantry can now surrender for refund, refund amount depends on how much health a unit has. Only applies to Italian Infantry.
10CP-"Overthrow government" Active only if Italian player team is blow 100 cp and enemy is above 200, Automatically switches OHK player from Axis to allies and converts all territory capture by Italian units to the allies. OHK player will be granted a win if he can prevent the german team from destroying his base before the allies arrive.

Ballance wise i think cons would be useful as shield and merge donators for penals. Because penals don’t get high survaviability with vet. They can deal tons of damage, but vulnerable. In other hand cons get survaviability but can’t into damage. |
Wow, MissCommisar... Think about new su85 and t34-76. You can deal reliable damage to heavies with 240 pen on su85 (no more this rng penetration fest with an old one). And you can cover your su85 against infantry with t34-76. Note, their cost combined just a little more than single OKW panther. Yes, they need more popcap, but performs better. No one medium shouldn’t counter heavies without support/total dominating in micro. I’d really like incoming change as an soviet/OKW fanboy |
