I just don't want to see it remain the bouncy glass cannon it is, one thing needs to be improved, I even saw a replay where a Jackson bounced off a OKW PZ4 and then a Vet3 Jackson using HVAP bounced off a KT.
A Jackson has ~94% (IIRC) chance to pen an OKW P4 and a vet 3 HVAP'd Jackson (assuming the vet3 pen bonus affects HVAP, not sure on that) pens 96% of the time. And why should it be surprising that a Jackson would bounce against a unit that requires more tech and costs over twice as much as it does? |
Point Blank Engine shot would be pretty interesting on it, since it means you can't ignore the Churchill, though I feel like the insane XP bleed would still be problematic.
IMO, juggling HP/Armor and/or a cost reduction while removing the smoke speed penalty would be a good place to start. |

The Sherman in game is already cheaper with better utility and beats the Ost P4, the last thing it needs is more pen. IMO, if Shermans did get some sort of upgrade, a Jumbo package would make more sense to compliment the Jackson, though I doubt Relic would add it at this point due to the need for art assets. |

Tanks as a whole should be tied into tech, not just the M4C. Tweaking the M4C to be a strong AI unit (and maybe make it a tad cheaper) would create a similar dynamic to Ost T3 so the M4C wouldn't be eschewed for T34-76s. |
Give the guards Thompsons (same stats, just flavor) and allow them to upgrade to zooks. I wouldn't make such a change without tech-locking the M4C and modifying its stats a bit, though.
It probably wouldn't be a horrid idea to replace the DSHK with a .50 cal call-in as well, but that's all flavor. |
The only things the ISU needs is a buff for their AT shells (pen or deflect) and adding some arc to the concrete piercing rounds so they don't hit ground all the time. |
I don't think its necessarily bad that different factions have different points of strength, as long as its not an instant win for being within those time brackets. In an ideal world, though, the burden of micro should shift around rather than the actual capability of the faction. |

Tank balance in general would be nice, but I suspect the bulk of the patch will be Call-in tanks, Infiltrators and Brit BS.
Also, USF has major's recon run (which nobody seems to use for whatever reason) to spot for its Priests, so its not really an argument. I do agree though, Suxtons shouldn't be superb, they should be the T34s of the artillery and need a popcap reduction to do it. |
