It's more like Tank hunter scavenge. Value of each vehicle wreck is all over the place, but unfortunately is out of scope. It's like someone just randomly assigned values to them.
I THINK THEY FIXED IT, but scavenging an ambulance gave like +200 muni.
Nope, I've been Dank Hunting lately and its definitely not fixed. When you're near pop in 2v2s, its quite possible for a Yank so sacrifice ambos to keep up AT Bombs or Arty Cover. |
I think Pits and Bofors' performance is alright, but the lack of skill to use them isn't.
Bofors should have an arc. Flanking it is a death sentence if the Bofors isn't forced into brace.
Mortar Pits are just lazy. Auto-attack range should be reduced to 80, barrage's cooldown should reduced so its still good if micro'd, but won't be as nasty if left to its own devices.

I like the idea of Arty Cover being either cast around the Command Vehicles or from FoP.
As to FoP itself, what if it was attached to the old Arty Officer but could still only be fired from buildings with a cooldown each time it pops into the building? |
Recon Company needs an overhaul in general really... only thing worth a damn is the I&R Pathfinder Arty and you don't really want to waste a commander pick on a one trick pony like that :/
I know man, easily one of the worst comms in the game. Hopefully some of the more heavily underperforming comms will be allowed in the scope next patch cycle.

-Greyhound doesn't have Prioritize Vehicle
-Support Paratroopers' vet 2 mentions passive heals, which doesn't actually work.

I kinda wish Relic would allow them to break it down and release certain things once they've been tested for a patch cycle to filter bugs. QoL and bug fixes would be nice, along with the occasional high-priority fix like the USF mortar. |

If there's any bug in this game that triggers my ass like nothing else, its when a Soviet enemy in a 2v2 drops and is replaced with the AI and suddenly everyone and his goddamn dog has an AT grenade. Bonus points if they were Maxim spamming when they dropped and you're OKW.
Other than that, I'd love to see the Cromwell/Comet smoke shells fixed (though I believe Mr. Smith said its part of a bigger issue they can't touch), prio vehicles on AT squads (though once again we've got an engine issue when buildings get involved) and muck about with the Croc's hardpoints so it handles like it did in CoH1. |
Flame Hetzer and Goliath's cloaking mechanics (along with LoS nerf), Zeroing arty and Flak Emplacement for OKW. Also, JT vet 5, while not a big deal, literally does nothing ever since crew shock was removed from it.
USF P47s, M3 halftrack (along with CP bugfix, it actually arrives at 2cp, not the displayed 3), most of Recon Co could use either straight buffs or QoL changes (greyhound performance, Para price and inconsistency, Vision buff being picky) and Armored Company's engies and SMG upgrade are both quite meh.
Brits have Engie Reg flame barrage, stock Commando glider, 4/5ths of Arty Regiment (3/5ths if you choose Anvil for those cheesy base snipes, which IS still possible in the balance preview), Tac Support Engies are very limited and pricy due to coming as a pair and the Arty HQ is absolute ass.
Soviets have M42, KV1/2, Guards in a halftrack, Fuel Drop, B4, ISU AT shells and concrete piercers, mini-mines from Defense and Dank Hunters (inconsistent with OKW doc defenses) and IL-2 strafes.
Ostheer has Stormtroopers (little overpriced, Vet1), Trenches (Trench cover is weird, redundant with Pio Sandbags).
