Thread: Recon units/abilities are too affordable and available4 Feb 2019, 14:25 PM Flares and IR HT could both do with looking at. As for Recon loiter, it would be nice if the plane had to circle once before it granted the player vision. Allowing some chance of shooting it down first. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Tiger PzKpfw VI4 Feb 2019, 14:22 PM As a mainly allied player I must say that the Tiger I is the only heavy I respect. I'm not fussed about KT's and I'm pissed if my allies waste fuel on an IS2. That said I think a small range buff to help it fend off (but not counter) allied TD's would be good. Thread: Favourite kind of teammates29 Jan 2019, 13:30 PM Just had a game with a guy who didn't like to use tanks. In a 3v3. He said they didn't suit his 'playstyle'. Instead he spammed conscripts. Not Ppsh cons or PTRS cons but the bog standard conscript squad. The enemy placed 2 MG42's in the area he was trying to push and that shut him down for the whole game. He refused to help us. He just built conscripts and threw a blob of them straight into the most powerful HMG in the game. Then he'd retreat the blob. The enemy would move up their MG's and he'd do the same thing all over again until he was trapped in the spawn. So frustrating as me and the other teammate were doing well on our side and could have even supported him if he had just stopped trying to a-move their fuel. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Favourite kind of teammates28 Jan 2019, 21:38 PM Jump back to quoted post28 Jan 2019, 21:12 PMSander93 I know it's mostly the fault of the matchmaker throwing in low rank players and not the players themselves, but I really hate people who win on their flank (or don't encounter enemies there) and then proceed to go camp there and are oblivious to the fact that their teammates are obviously (about to be) getting overrun elsewhere by an abundance of enemy players. I wouldn't mind if they were at least GOOD at camping. But no, they camp a point (lets say the munitions area on Steppes) and think that throwing up sandbags, barbed wire and maxims will make that point invincible through to the late game. Cue map pinging once a light tank simply rolls through the whole lot because they didn't bother to build AT. In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: Favourite kind of teammates28 Jan 2019, 12:37 PM The teammate who pings both fuel points about 10 times at the beginning of the match then doesn't help take either of them. Instead they build a fuel cache on the first point they capture then rage in the chat when their allies haven't somehow captured both fuel points without their assistance. THEN They dump all their fuel into arty which they don't protect or move after a barrage has finished. In: COH2 Gameplay
