Soviet snipers aren't the only things getting 1-shot by Wehr mortars. Any 4-man allied weapon teams get rekt by them. Infanty sections frequently get wiped by a single shell or taken down to 1 man with a slither of HP. Reducing mortar damage to <80 would solve this issue (something like 79 or 75) without gimping it's potency. But that's a small tweek. Reic only deals in sledgehammer blows.

And, how many maps actually allow you to build it in key positions that actually have enough open room? Not so many... with 20 pop and no shooting through everything. I'd rather have a pak43 replica that costs 0 fuel (down from 75) that can shoot through everything.

And it's not strong in the open because it becomes an easy target for mortars, arty, AT, JT outranges it?...

as long as it's AA effectiveness isn't applied to base flak emplacements.

remember the days when allies stopped using scouts and supply call in because they all got auto-shot down by OKW base flaks... free AA lol
