Yes I know that the Wehrmacht has way too many commanders, but I'm suggesting a commander that actually sticks to their meaning, unlike most of their commanders. I am proposing a Wehrmacht Ostheer Terror Doctrine. With the addition of this doctrine the Panzerwerfer would be nerfed (It was an inevitable patch ever since the summer),and to help with that this doctrine will give a more reliable early game blob counter that may not kill, but still repels. The doctrine will include the following abilities:
0 Cp Assault Grenadiers
1 Cp - Artillery Field Officer
3 Cp - Propaganda War (Coh1 version)
3 Cp - Hotchkiss
3 Cp - Panzer III Light Tank
7 Cp - Command Panzer 4
9 Cp - Flak 88 AAA
12 Cp - Railway Artillery
13 Cp - Tiger Tank
The Purpose of this doctrine will be to:
A. Counter Blobs without wiping them out, making not only a decent early counter to blobs, but also not rendering the USF weak and fragile.
B. Giving the Axis a reliable early game tactic.
C. Tiger Tank + Panzer 4 Command = lol
Now, please throw all of your hatred at me, and then I can adjust this commander idea to both my, and your liking. If this were to be added, I would want the Panzerwerfer's damage, and rate of fire nerfed.
The Costs of the new abilities will be as followed:
Propaganda War: 80 Munitions.
Panzer III Light Tank: 290 Manpower, 75 fuel.
Flak 88 AAA: 500 Manpower, 30 fuel.
Note: I posted this in both the gameplay section, and the balance section, because in my opinion, it involves both.
Note #2: With the edit I added the Flak 88, Assault Grenadiers, and the Panzer III; While removing the Artillery Field Officer, command panzer 4, and the railway artillery by request .
