This is due to the fact that the squads holding these weapons are far more durable, and their weapons still deal more than sufficient damage to engage in the brainless blobbing employed by shreckblobbers in addition to wrecking the shreckblobbers when the bloblords come to blows in the field. False. T3 is not necessarily any better than its allied counterparts. Also, late game for instance the t34 85 and easy 8s are some of the most versatile tanks in game, and the earlier su76 is now extremely powerful. The main thing in t3 is the stug, one of the only worthwhile tanks long-term. Ostwind is a joke in terms of its AI capability and panzer4 gets simply outclassed. T4 is essentially non-viable except in large team games, rarely can a player afford to stall to get those units out, due to the fact that they will likely get overrun by allied tanks if they do. Prohibitive expenses + the time taken to overcome those expenses marginalizes t4 usage. In: COH2 Balance

This in my honest opinion is one of those times. "Upgrading to MG42 is a sunk cost" That's when I knew you don't play Wehrmact much. And thats how I know you dont play Ostheer much when you do not realize that upgraded grenadiers get squad-wiped nonstop mid-late game; even being used in the hands of some of the best players. Have funsies wastin' that 60 muni over and over, too bad its required in 1v1-2v2 or else youll lose map control. In: COH2 Balance

Actually it is already being nerfed, along with other units that Allow centaur and churchillbabies to crutch their way to easy victory. In: COH2 Balance

The lack of survivability hinders flanks due to a likely squad wipe upon retreat with the terrible retreat paths that plague the game. Osttruppen become more durable than grenadiers, which is rather nonsensical. In: COH2 Balance
