USF mortar not receiving an effectiveness nerf is ridiculous. Not much of a hot fix when the USF mortar still acts better than a vet 3 OST mortar without any veterancy.

Cheating for days and days and no action from lelic |
Grenadiers are pretty much awful late game. Combined arms also isn't always feasible late game when it turns into a vetted infantry with arty support fest and MGS get hosed even without USF turbo mortar.
Five man squads and a durability buff both make sense with a cost increase. Ostheer is pigeonholed with such crappy infantry choices. |
Sure, will that patch also lock T1 at T2 costs and replace HMG with grens at T0, so there actually is a logical excuse for grens to stand up to rifles?
Ost is meant since day one to rely on combined arms of grens+supporting units.
If you believe that grens alone will carry you, well, that doesn't even work against conscripts anymore and is not supposed to, you have greatest possibilities of combined arms from first seconds of the game for a reason.
If you can't manage the MG, then use that every single USF player is crying about-the sniper, which USF has no counter for, enjoy the bleed and sustain map control.
Grens will never stand up to rifles, because they are not meant to.
Then remove the USF mortar. MG is instawiped due to its over-effectiveness. |
Both, anyone who have ever played USF out of placement knows how engaging and interesting their early game is, anything that adds up to variety in BO is much welcomed bonus...
Then lets see a patch so Ostheer infantry doesnt get insta-slammed against riflemen please. MG is only significant early counter to USF rifleman squads. That is now nullified without any counterpoise. |
Not until we get enough salty axis tears, pay back's a fitch aint it
Axis has not had OP issues in awhile. Shreck blobs were no worse than the zooka blobs that are now quite frequent. Last OP scenario was the leig suppression spam, yet the pack howitzer was the same crap.
Currently, we have massive exploits being abused in games left and right in addition to USF having way more versatility than is necessary. One build order fits all, with supreme efficiency. That is the current state of USF. |
The stats that are severely outdated because I posted them sometime around December? If you'd like to find slightly more recent stats, this site is reasonably accurate.
All Grenadiers need is a buff to their vet 1 ability. A slight reinforcement cost reduction probably wouldn't hurt either.
There have not been changes to grenadiers received accuracy etc since that table was made. Once again, point still stands. The survivability portion of the table regarding grenadiers is up to date. With their received accuracy and 4 man squads, they get creamed and t1 is often worth skipping due to that fact outside of a 1v1.

Ok so there is an exploit that exists, and is already well known, and is fucking the community. COMEON RELIC.
Its the exploit where the US player uses the combined arms ability, from the Heavy Calvary Commander. Players are able to stack this ability, making vehicles shoot their main gun across the map, and as fast as a machine gun.
Can relic PLEASE FUCKING FIX THIS ALREADY?
Its been in existent ever since the new patch was released, which is already about a week. Fix the fucking broken game already. And please step up your fault programming.
Thanks
game really is not worth playing until the ridiculous mortar is patched and armor exploit is fixed.
mortar comes out every match, exploit comes out in about half of matches. |
gonna have to call bull on this thread, play cards please across the board.
That is not an argument.
Stats however prove the abysmal state of Ostheer INF. |
Problem is the way the US mortar is right now, t1 combined arms tends to get wrecked.
Grenadiers should probably get better veterancy bonuses and a 5 man squad to make them at least not get shredded late game. |
