if he has enough fuel and manpower for another tiger or chruchill or elefant or whatever, then you were not just losing, you were losing very badly, so your chances of a comeback should be very slim
coh2 already has a lot of comeback mechanics, things like upkeep or abandoning
many people actually argue, that it is too easy to come back
This.
It was hard to comeback on Coh1, when you had your pop cap limited to territories.
Also, CD on superheavies... lol , after all the nerf they´ve received and the buffs to TDs like Jackson...

I imagine you need to cloack them behind some view blocker, let enemie blob engange your troops, come from behind or kill retreating blobs.
Good and cool headed players will focus fire them and then either retreat or stay fighting your troops.
But others might just panic ... and them you make them BOOM! |
I was going to create another one but found this.
Yeh, so game can at times be unplayable, especially if there is a lot of stuff going on, i click retreat and the exclamation point is up but troops dont retreat.
Sometimes it shows "connection lost/recconetct", sometimes it does not.
FPS is fine, and i have a 980gtx sli to back it up.
My connection is also fine, as I can speak in TS normally with my friends, and open pages on the net very quicly.
What could it be? |
Is this the guy i beat yesterday in Minsk Pocket?
I had a SturmTiger and later on a KT, while my friend had an Elephant.
Problem was, the Russian and USF kept trying to rush us through the mid section, instead of flanking, ofc they would lose. |
Well in team games if i'm allowed to get a KT first is because the allied team is total garbage.
|
Well if we strict to Afrika Korps than we will not have lots of diff units like the ones from Panzer Elite.
From what i remember, it consisted more of Panzer divisions, and a later a few tigers (and ofc the Flak 88).

As always, I'm rooting for the Luftwaffe / Hermann Göring Panzerkorps faction. Field blue uniforms, theme of army would be spammable trash screening fragile hard hitters.
The HG PzKorps fought on all fronts, so makes sense historically.
T0 Luftwaffe Ground Troops for basic trash infantry / builder, Kettenkrad scout/capper.
T1 buildable Falls for fragile elite infantry. 10,5cm LG 40 for Antitank and light arty.
T2 Panzer III for cheap medium armor. Wirbelwind for suppression / AI. Marder III for fragile AT armor. PzIII upgradable to Flammpanzer III.
T3 Wespe for heavy arty, Nashorn for heavy fragile AT, StuH heavy fragile AI
FlaK 88 and Quad flak as emplacements.
Cudos.

Topic says it all.
Would it be a better idea?
What units could be on it?
And how would it play to make it different enough from Ostheer and OKW?
Right of the bat I can thing of units like Knights Cross, Hummel, Flak 88, Panzer III, Jagdpanther.

People saying re-alocate are clueless.
So u need to have 60 apm to try to counter a brit 0 apm?
Fair... |
I'll have to agree with host. Just lost on across the rhine in a 3v3 game between friends, and lost to a friend of mine that has a lot less skill than me in the game.
So, one makes mortar pit and bofors mid with the repair forward assembly, you and your friends make mortars/LEig and keep getting bombed hard.
Sure, you can destroy those late game with tanks, but by that time most of the Victory Points are already taken by the allies.
Also, someone will have a Firefly to shut your tanks hard.
