Well, im not much of a 1v1 player,but as an all faction player in all team games, i´ve found that centaur is a " caution" unit that if you are carefull enough, you´ve just made the Brit spend resource on something that he will lack on heavier tanks later.
On players of the same lvl that have same micro skills, and given fuel is the same, u can negate Centaurs full potential by:
1) JgdPz or Stug or maybe wait a bit for a PZ4 with good positioning
2) Not blobing schreks (either OKW or Ostheer) , spread them out, hit once and retreat. By doing this, you force the turret to rotate, negating precius dps time, and you avoid the splash.
I understant it can be very powerfull (to the point of being OP) vs unprepared and microless people, but vs another skilled player, it can be negated.
Yes, it packs more punch than a Ostwind, but it is way slower, and also you have to check faction design. Schrecks come earlier for Volks and in PZ are way more powerfull than any allied counter part. |

Great job Cookiez! Im no noob to the game, but since you are at it at explaining stuff, i have trouble to understand acuracy of some infantry units on the the brits yet.
Can you talk more about how acuracy works overall and espeacially for the brits (eg.what is the ideal range to fight with an infantry section, vs say a grenadier)

200mp and 40 or 80 fuel is not that much.
However, what gets OKW is the time to get the truck back.
I mean, its not like a retreat and healing point only, or a flak only. Its their whole tech tree and units we are talking about.
Im fine with 1 hit kill from something as expensive as a 320 muni stuff, however we should be able to rebuilt it with much less time than the 180 secs. |
And im a team player only. However, given that game vic is around stars, when someone fields a TD like that, one can always switch to inf to cap stars and win. However, ill admit late game can really get hard for allies if axis fields those coupled with a KT or Tiger Ace. But if it gets to that, its problably GG anyways.
The current map pool for a lot of 4v4 does not allow for medium tanks flanking.

Fuel cost is fine, MP cost should go down, or as comm said, increase its armor a bit. Also its AI is very dumb, its hard to manouver unit (true, kinda like the puma without the range). |
OKW now hard counter Brits in team games from start to end. LEIG increase in range vs no braced emplacements, flame nades vs Vickers mgs, and late game tanks vs nerfed crocks and comets. Arghhhh
