rakatens cloak when they are out of combat and in yellow or green cover... and i have played as okw and obers + rakaten is an extremely tough combination for them to solve without relying on doctrinal units like the ISU KV-2 shocks or guards...
the AA HT is extremely vulnerable to rakatencheese... the SU-76 is only really useful vs a blob or static targets... and the katyusha creates alot of yellow cover that makes obers more resistant to suppression...only shocks and guards can counter obers efficiently
its not the katy that gets rakatened... its this gay arse tactic of spotting with the IR truck advancing with rakatens or some infantry... decloaking and firing forcing my T-34 back to repair... then running immediately before the katyusha kills it... the katyusha is now reloading and the T-34 had a large chunk of its health cut off forcing it to repair...after that penals simply melt due to obersoldaten... its not like the T-34 was heavily armored like a P4 or a brummbar or long ranged like a scott...
also the 238 armor OKW P4 is currently the best non doctrinal medium tank ingame...one or if not the best rocket arty ingame... its not OP nor broken... nor is OKW OP outside of the SWS bug (which as of the moment is gamebreakingly stupid)... but okw does have lategame vehicle AI...
i never said OKW infantry is OP... nor did i say OKW was OP...
there is no strat the soviets cant counter with the right doctrine* panther or P4 + rak + obers are oppressive vs sov
That's not how raks work dude. |
SOV : Flamethrower + Minesweeper
OST : Flamethrower + Minesweeper
UKF : Minesweeper + Weapon Rack (No Flamethrower)
USF : Minesweeper + Weapon Rack (No Flamethrower)
OKW : Minesweeper + Panzershrek (No Flamethrower)
You are correct!
Should remove Flamethrower and weapon rack upgrades from allied minesweeping engineers.
OST and OKW can keep their minesweeper + Flame + Panzershrek upgrades because...
They are racially superior. Yea, that's it
You do know he is absolutely being incorrect or were you being sarcastic. |
the first two matches the kubel shreded my rear echelon hp, 1st while fuel was being caped and 2nd behind cover.
1st match i build sandbags on the vp and put 2 riflesquads behind it, fighting a volks and a kubel, but they ended up losing somehow, lot of hp dmg and the strum pio joined the fight so I retreated to the stug wreck, had a green cover to green cover shootout, my fresh rifle joined the fight vs another volks squad, and I just took way too much hp dmg and had to retreat everything.
If you are talking about the north side of the map, you should not be pushing or trying to hold the vp so early, if he is attacking or defending it strongly imo
Also mass retreating is not the best idea, retreat one at a time. |
But have you played 3v3+? facing anymore than 2 arty pieces, hell even 1 can completely win the game, its not even funny. THe wipe potential is extreme and needs to be toned down completley.
Here, one example I caught on stream (Caution Volume):
https://www.twitch.tv/itslatch/clip/BumblingTriangularWaspYouDontSay?filter=clips&range=7d&sort=time
Why dont you click once on your commander ability, and once on where the arty piece is and call it a day.
You may have to sac a car, but thats hardly difficult. |
Rear Echelons or Riflemen can do enough damage to the kuebel now adays so its fine if you just sit at it and plink away.
Also if you are worried about a kuebel, cant you just keep the jeep doctrine in your loadout and rush it with it?
And if your on the top side with the north fuel, dont you have the cover advantage?
Also you can always post a replay, since anything said here is just theory. |
You are right i have the feeling you came here for the sake of arguing. Please if you dont want to answer any question dont reply more.
I answered your question, you originally seemed confused to as why someone could could support a unit with high dps (supposedly) like the Stuka or pwerfer. And that's because those units die in one shot. You then got confused. |
Most of the other players that are calling for the nerf have similarly balanced player cards.
So if you're like a blatent fanboi (like I am) your opinion is invalid, but as you said, those with "balanced" playercards are calling for it as well, does their unbiased opinion not count?

Another reply, another non argument gibberish and we still dont know why you and few others here want scott nerfs specificaly. Im really trying to look for some outrageously strong usf performances including scott "abuse" in tournament level play or high rank ladder. But all i can find is axis vs soviets/brits rocket arty fest. But i guess we can nerf usf some more, for fun.
And im not trying to put words in your mouth. Just want to get some arguments out of you other than "lets nerf scott because i think they op".
Could your point out exactly where in my post where I called for nerfs on the Scott? |
Are you feeling ok? Tiger Ace has less dps than p4? Brummbar has less dps than sherman he? Who told you that its the rule in this game? Also whats your point again? You want to turn scott into pwerfer/stuka type of unit? You want all late game indirect fire sources to be nerfed? Or do you want only usf units to be nerfed and axis ones left as they are?
Oh I apologize that I didn't explain the extended unit dynamics when comparing unit roles in a single post.
I thought the concept similar units having a similar sum of offence and defence would have been sufficient to comprehend without stating the obvious other factors of cost, mobility, ease of access, its place in the faction, etc might come into play.
Also this is the second poist where you have put words in my mouth and made up things about "what I want," don't try to strawman eh? |
I dont get your "argument". You want to make scott barrage as effective at wiping squads as stuka and pwerfer but taking away its 400hp, autofire and smoke? Deal.
You don't get that a unit that has higher survivability, needs less dps to be balanced? Why is that hard to understand?
