Account sharing is not against the Code of Conduct/EULA/TOS or anything else, as long as you're not doing it to evade a ban or to sneak into a tournament or shit like that In: COH2 Balance |

So now it's suddenly about having fun only? Because if your understanding of fun is "If I win the match I had fun, if I lose then I did not", then GiaA is right. You cannot possibly tell me that you are playing with full rank 5000 teammates against full top 500 allllll the time. Basically most other types of matches in 4v4 are winable if you play good enough, but it feels like some people expect the game to hand them a 3-digit rank and 60% winrate with ease, even when said people openly admit that they are not good at CoH2. On the other hand if your meaning of fun is to have good, long games then I dont see the issue either. I see a lot of 30+ minute games in your history. In: COH2 Balance |

Wehrmacht - rush sniper and a couple grens - abuse reinforcement bunker behind a sightblocker or - abuse the shit out of doctrinal camouflage and smoke planes. Storm doc is perfect for this OKW - spam smoke by any means (LeIgs or smoke plane) and your volks blobs are free to attack or - slowly build up a small blob of JLI and obers, then A-move In: COH2 Gameplay |

In the forum there are many complains about maps in large modes and how is not easy to flank the enemy in some of those. If FRP were to be removed in a CoH game then you need to scrap all large maps, nobody wants to play a match where you need to spend 5 minutes for retreating to your base & walking back to the front every time. Maps like General Mud, Vielsalm, Vaux Farmlands and Steppes are 0 fun without FRP and every sane person would veto them In: Lobby |

First of all it's important to know what your goal is. Let's say top 200 and staying there for example. Because the only way that is possible is if you play sweaty with a super tryhard build, capable of carrying trash teammates. Here's the deal: in the ELO hell, most of the times you should get enemies that are bad enough that you should be capable of winning against 1.5 players on your complete own without any help from your teammate... IF you play sweaty & optimal. 2 players if the enemies are super bad. Your army composition must be capable of countering (almost) anything the enemy can build, e. g. never skip AT guns or HMGs in the hopes that your teammate builds it for you. This is the stuff I am talking about. Barely winning and holding your side isn't enough to get out of these ranks. You need to be capable of completely smashing your side and then flank the other side if you play against bad enemies and matchmaking isn't too fucked. The 3 Western Front armies have it much easier here to pull off these aggressive plays with their strong mainline inf and forward retreat mechanic. On the other hand, if someone is having a bad understanding of the tryhard meta or slow micro or bad unit preservation etc etc, then it's not possible to escape ELO hell ofc unless you are lucky with matchmaking over a longer period. From my personal experience -and it's a bit limited, so take it with a grain of salt- , ranking up in CoH2 and escaping ELO hell really comes down to personal skill at the end. A few years ago a friend of mine asked me for a favor: if I could log-in to his account and boost his 4v4 ranks, he was around rank 2000 with all factions besides brits which he did not own. I thought it's a funny experiment so I agreed. It took me about 3 weeks of playing ~2-3 hours per day to boost the 4 factions from rank 2000 to top 100. Of course you get games that are impossible to win. Ofc there may be losing streaks that lead to a lot frustration because they are totally out of your control. But I think if you're a good coh2 player, just focus on your match (ignore what crazy bullshit your team is doing) and tryhard at 100% it's totally possible to escape ELO hell without any excuses if I'mma be honest. Oh, and I would recommend to close CELO program and not use it at all until the game is over Many times I looked at CELO afterwards and asked myself "holy crap how did I win this". Had I looked at it before the match, I would've been demoralized and lost the match most likely. In: COH2 Balance |
