Thanks for not reading my post buddy. I notice a lot of my responses about nerfing stuka dive bomb cheese is sarcastic or lack content. They either do not feel strongly about the cheese, or they did not think about it as critically as they should. End of the line, prohibiting dive bomb from hitting base sector is a 100% improvement to the game with literally no downside. In: COH2 Gameplay

Or "don't blob," like blobbing has anything to do with the enemy's ability to wipe 1-2 squads every time without the player being able to do anything? Everything in this game can be countered except for stuka dive bomb cheese. I may be lenient on a lot of things, but recon / dive bomb in base is the one thing that needs to be gone from the game. Off maps already can't be called in on base sectors. Why not dive bomb? It's an off-map in everything but name. In: COH2 Gameplay

Cuddletronic was kind enough to forward the concerns to the balance team, and sent this in response: "Hi, I've heard back from the Balance Team and the Change to the Stuka Dive Bomb is the intended design." shrug ...Why would they want to facilitate recon-divebombing a squads retreating back to their base? That kind of uncounterable gameplay is the single most cancerous thing about this game, and they buff it? In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Brit Mid to Late Game Healing15 Oct 2015, 17:16 PM It's a tradeoff for having on-demand, no-retreat-needed, no-cost healing. Their durability in holding a point is so immense due to it. I think it's a fair trade off that not every unit has to heal all the time. In: COH2 Balance

First of all, how can you have trouble managing the gun? If you position right, and stay relatively far away so that the traverse is bigger, then it should cover any part of the field that is an active combat zone. Second of all, the "micro tax" is miniscule at best. A couple of clicks per minute is nothing compared to what USF has to deal with. It opens up a lot of options for the opposing player to deal with the ISG while, if you can even ink out 1-2 more APM than what you're currently doing, it should have little to no effect on its performance. It's a nerf which doesn't kill the weapon. This change might not have been my #1 go-to, but it'll do and I'm willing to get behind it over Relic doing nothing at all. Peoples main complaints are that it's "not like a mortar." But who would want it to be? They are not mortars. They are light artillery. They suppress. They wipe a hell of a lot better. They should not be mortars. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Does the T-34/76 need love?15 Oct 2015, 16:56 PM I think the whole t4 is underwhelming because you have to babysit both your t-34 and your su-85 until they become vet 2 where they become tolerable to use against Axis. Take vet 2 bonuses and integrate them into the basic unit. Better AI for t-34, more RoF for SU-85. Remove or reduce vet 2. Also t-34 is supposed to be spammable and I can get behind that principle. But manpower is its prohibitive factor. Reduce manpower to 240 and pop to 8 (I know Relic is cautious of spamming the tank with 8 pop, but I feel like it was in the right place) In: COH2 Balance

I know people are saying "this is going to be UP/OP" but I'm wondering if anyone played extensively with the fire damage so they can tell me what they think. Personally, playing with all 3 Allied flame vehicles, they seem to kill at relatively the same rate despite the nerf. They are a bit more poor at chasing down infantry though. In: Lobby
