Thread: ISU 152 AP ROUNDS need pen buff?8 May 2016, 00:13 AM if you encounter JT/Ele with isu you are pretty much fcked. then you can only hope that the blobs dont get protected all the time by JT/Ele, because otherwise the isu is completely useless "and a +20 pen buff or something would help against med tanks while still giving heavy TDs like elefant and jagdtiger an edge over it." i like In: COH2 Balance

BUT, the real issue is that sometimes a building gets set on fire after a very short time, sometimes you need minutes, sometimes its never going to happen. Thread: flamers/grenades vs buildings7 May 2016, 08:51 AM yesterday i was playing on essen steelworks. the enemy was spamming partisans like crazy, so i wanted to burn down the buildings to stop the pzschreckspam behind my lines. and now to the funny part: it didnt work with some buildings. the flamer was working for like 1-2 mins on some building, doing no damage at all. hidden easter egg provided by lelic? thx for the never ending bullsh*t in this game edit: oh, wasnt this actually supposed to be fixed? ...deep snow should also have gotten fully removed, but for some reason i still see it on some maps LUL In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Bofors7 May 2016, 08:40 AM mortar halftrack is the best way, simply coz you dont have the reinforcement costs of the normal mortar and obviously, its mobile therefore you can repair it pretty easily. but you should invest in 2 at guns aswell in the beginning just in case of a light tank. 3 mortar HT are a good way to go, ive smashed 2 extreme turtle brits yesterday with that. painful to play against, but thats another story... thx lelic for making sim city great again oh, and you should use it as followed: mortar barrage all time with 3 mortar HT, when the barrage is on cooldown, use attack ground. after a while it should brace, after brace 1-2 fire barrages on the bofors/whatever emplacement. works all time. the only important question is: is there some other guy pushing you backwards from doing so. thats hard to achieve in random games.. thats why "MUH JUST GET MORTAR TO COUNTER SIM CITY" is a shitty way to say. coz you need the time to destroy the stupid emplacements In: COH2 Balance

Replacing base buildings is possible, though. It is possible to make new units, but only with the art assets that are already there. We can't add models/textures/sounds etc., the only exception are icons and unit portraits. That means your idea could be made into a mod, but only by recycling stuff from other factions. Whether that changes really depends on what plans Relic has, but I'm not too hopeful about it. They haven't been very supportive until now. -> tl;dr: modding like a new blitzkrieg mod will be possible.. in maybe 2 years LUL In: Modding and Tools
