You shouldn't being using a TA in a game where manpower bleed will be an issue, it should either end the game or die before the bleed begins to truly hurt. Essentially you run against the clock with the TA, you should only build it when you need something to propel you in the game or you are winning and are using the TA to crush the enemy completely. Either way the TA needs to be used as aggressive as possible to do as much damage as possible before it becomes cost inefficient. In: COH2 Balance
