Thread: Match against Angriefen14 Nov 2015, 19:55 PM After the match, I was thinking I should have gone Guard Motor for 85's, 120mm Mortars, and maybe tech T4 and get a Katyusha to counter those pesky double ISG's that were destroying me over time. Mechanized Support was the worst commander decision I could have chose. Due to the fact I veto Langreskaya, Minsk, Crossing, and Road to Kharkov, I really shouldn't be using that commander. I struggle against defensive playstyles and tend to lose Wars of Attrition. I also forget about how powerful demos are against OKW. My problem is not adapting when stalling for Call-ins isn't going to work. I need to know when to go T4 to apply pressure or when to wait for Call-ins. I tend to be too hard on myself for mistakes and it often sinks my play. Thanks for the tips though! In: Replays

Thread: OKW Panther vs UKF Comet12 Nov 2015, 14:55 PM The Panther v Comet matchup is balanced at the moment imo. Panther with a top mount mg is decent against infantry while the Comets main gun is RNG based. If a Panther loses to a Comet in a 1v1 matchup, it is probably just bad RNG. The Panther is a specialist unit but it is not worthless against infantry. The Comet has the Phosphorus round which melts infantry while the Panther has Blitzkrieg and Smoke. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: LEIG change12 Nov 2015, 14:38 PM I am all for removing suppression since it is kind of unfair a RNG based unit can win you engagements when you would normally lose. I do think the ISG needs to be better against garrisons though since going Stuka for anti-garrison support in 1v1 is dangerous since it delays OKW's expensive tier 3 units leaving you vulnerable to armor unless you go JPIV or Puma with Raketens. The ISG should be a tool for countering a defensive playstyle. On some maps with sturdy garrisons ISG currently struggles. The ISG should soft counter Static Infantry, Support Weapons, and garrisons.
