Thread: LEIG needs a fix20 May 2016, 18:39 PM Sometimes I play this game for the LEIG. It's my guilty pleasure. I love the noise it makes and its slow but effective bleed effect. Most units can be nerfed or buffed and I won't mind that much as long as the game isn't broken, but the LEIG is my babe. When it was no longer allowed to auto-face, I had a mini panic attack. Some things don't rest in logic or sense, like my love for the LEIG but that doesn't mean they aren't real. Please don't kill my baby. In: COH2 Balance

The only reason why I'd prefer it over stormtroopers is because it fits much more into the doctrine. The doctrine's main focus is to buff your infantry and units. Stormtroopers in this game are meh at best, and really belong in the Encirclement doctrine, not the Elite Troops doctrine. Right now, there's no reason why you would go stormtroopers over panzergrenadiers in the Elite Troops doctrine, but for the Encirclement doctrine, you would at least have a reason (to cut supply lines leading up to close the pocket). Also, quick correction: The combo is only in one other commander. The reasons are low reinforcement cost, extra abilities, and customizability. In elite infantry doctrine, You can get a schreck and G43s. Also, I've heard rumors of there being different G43 stats for Pgrens. If true, do the stormtroopers use the normal G43 or the Pgren one? It does require good coordination between the team members though which will only happen in AT games. I believe they do not self scout anymore In: COH2 Balance
