Yesterday I've throwed a flame nade into the retreat path of 5 squads. All went down into the fire Kappa Yesterday I exploit-played out of anger hurling firedoom molotovs right and left, even grens died like flies. I'll take a break until the 29th now. Molotovs against leIG war is just building disgust feelings in me. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Patch notes 29 Oct26 Oct 2015, 11:14 AM "DSHK 38 Heavy Machine Gun’s data has been brought in-line with other heavy machine guns" What does that mean? The DSHK is supposed to be better on damage and penetration at least. Also I noted that it wasn't possible to build emplacements near territory border anymore. What's up with that? Can't build in camp territory, can't build near enemy territory... maybe just draw up carpark type placements. In: COH2 Gameplay

The different direction was surprising and intriguing to me - I hope it utilizes the change in setting to its fullest, and then things could turn out pretty well for the game. On a related note, I went back to the previous XCOM playing the Long War mod on it, which is HOLYSHITGODDAMNAMAZING10/10! Playing long war now! It's rough, I need better armor and guns but lack resources (alloy). Soon I have two second gen carbines and I have one second gen armor. Hardly enough to go around. Just finished the fishing camp mission and that one I reloaded a few times (I usually live with results) and in the end two survived, 35 aliens killed. It took maximum caution and the trooper that pushed the button went there alone and I returned to extraction with the other two since I had played the game before and knew what was coming. "Run like the wind and our prayers are with your sole soldier" I though. She didn't make it back. In: Other Games

Balance issues matter, but people like the threadmaker take it to dramaqueen levels. They overreact. Or possibly they are simply in the wrong game if competitiveness and winning is all that matters. Because CoH2 never set out to be the ultimate e-sports game. And I'm here because of those elements then allowed make the game better, in my opinion. The ability isnt bad in its own I agree and it makes perfect sense. When there are enough combos of gameplay: units and abilites, and enough situations (maps... like Rostov , tactics, COLD TECH... e t c), not every possible play can reasonably be fully tested. And this adds charm and continuous replay value of the game (). I claim every commander ability is useful although some are more powerful and have wider application than others. I believe it is perfectly doable to win with the vanilla army, and so if the commander abiliy can be useful on its own (and it is), add something (and it does), it is an ability worth having. Yup. So. But anyway, buff community commander tank traps! In: COH2 Gameplay
