The T34 and PIV's anti infantry are almost exactly the same except for the MG's, which should both be the same, why they aren't already is a mystery only Relic knows the answer. The T34 doesn't have accuracy issues on it's main gun, it has issues with the fact they accidentally gave it a huge reload. In: COH2 Gameplay

I JUST had a game were I insantly killed MG squads, the only real delay is the PTRS acquiring it's target, at which point if you have 6-8 it's almost instant death for the MG. If you will notice in the posted video; when the cons actually start firing then MG dies very fast. In: COH2 Balance

That is pretty impressive. If that had been the US 50 cal vs an ober squad you would not have lasted that long. Imagine 4 upgraded grens against a maxim, It would have died even faster. While I do believe the PTRS accuracy should be nerfed a bit on conscripts, they by no means are unbearable or incredibly OP. They are much more manageable than the equivalent Axis long range blob I just had a match were I lost 18 squads and got over 500% efficiency, for cost they are far better than anything Axis can field. Obers don't 1 shot crew weapons and cause their operators heads to explode. In: COH2 Balance

The point is early on there are not heavy hitters which makes countering either of these rather much more difficult than they should be. Except the thing with the Stuka and USF mortar HT is that they are both able escape if you pay attention, which is how it should be. With the Werfer and Kat there much, MUCH more micro needed to keep them alive, especially with the Werfer that fires in sub-mortar range. I'm fine with the mortar HT and stuka being durable, so long as everyone gets that durability. Unit preservation should be number 1 when it comes to balance. In: COH2 Balance

It's accuracy is fine, it's scatter is fine, it's AoE is fine. The only issue is that it lacks DPS thanks to a long reload, a .5 or maybe 1 decrease would be good. At 120 dps for 4 cons with PTRS they can kill a crew weapon in less than 3 seconds. And this is not what inverse believes More nuanced balance things like teching costs as well as specific stats on rare units should be dictated by the best, but for ultra-retarded stuff that everyone can notice it's not unreasonable for a majority of people to have a say.
