Brad originally got it to counter his opponents mortar and protect his fighting positions. Not only did it not hit the mortar once despite brad targeting it every chance he got, it eventually got taken out by the very mortar he got it to take out. Also after the unit was taken out by mortar fire the enemy re-crewed it and rolled off with it. Because of its ineffectiveness and its 11 pop cap maybe its better to let the enemy take it. Might mean less heavies for them in late game. Hopefully that stream will help to dislodge relics stubborn refusal to give USF any balls. In: COH2 Balance

Paras cost 380MP + 120MU to be fully effective. By my estimate that makes them more expensive than opbers. In: COH2 Balance

Rather have the Sherman Jumbo with the longer 76 mm barrel. Would work like the t34-85 now works with a doctrine. Not sure whey it has to be an either/or type situation. ONLY 91 ELEPHANTs ever built ONLY 88 JAGDTIGERs ever built. ONLY 19 STURMTIGERs ever built. STG44 infarred scopes were extremely rare. ALL OF THESE AFVs/TECHNOLOGY mentioned had generally horrible service records. Elepehant and Jagd broke down all the time and were usually abandoned without ever even fighting. A handful of those TDs knocked out a few tanks and that was it. German airpower on the western front was NON existant yet "Whermacht" has the most airpower in the game. Sherman Jumbo saw QUITE BIT of service and had rather heavy armor capable of bouncing 75mm and even the occasional 88 (as reported). IT DOES NOT MATTER. AT ALL. WHAT HAPPENED IN 1944-45. RELIC CHOSE TO DESIGN THIS GAME REGARDLESS OF THOSE UNIT PERFORMANCE/QUANTITY. IF STURMTIGER/ELEPHANT/OSTWIND/JAGDTIGER CAN MAKE IT. SHERMAN JUMBO CAN DEFINATLEY MAKE IT and SO CAN PERSHING. 2,212 M26 Pershing tanks were built in 1944 and 1945. By the end of the European War, 310 M26 Pershing tanks operated in Europe. Thread: Make Falls and Obers 5 man squads24 Jul 2015, 02:55 AM The Ostheer rifle nade squad wipes all the time. I don't see any problem with a M8 Scott howitzer getting a direct hit resulting in a wipe. More credible than the rifle nade that is way op. I very rarely see my usf nade doing significant damage in comparison. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Trouble fighting against rifle company18 Jul 2015, 22:35 PM If your losing to an opponent thats using Rifle Company then you are not losing to Rifle Company, your just losing to a better player. Rifle Company is not that good. EZ8 are not that good and lack the punch of HE shells against infantry. The only difference in Vet Riflemen and regular Riflemen is vet 1 have the ability to throw AT grenades. Regular and smoke grenades still have to be tech'd like for ordinary riflemen. Thats it - thats the only difference. AT nades are only usefull that early in the game if trying to take out early kubel, otherwise vet riflemen have no real use or advantage over regualrs during early game. E8 is still paper tank like all USF armor. I have no idea why most USF players go Rifle Company - there are at least 2 better options. In: Ostheer Strategies
