I got my invite so i'm pretty satisfied right now. |
I would personally have to go with General Guy Simmonds or Chris Vokes. They were the definition of a "perfect General" and they never lost a battle either. I've always said the Canadian Army has the best troops, equipment and officers in the World, and these two men along with the Army confirm that.
The only German General who I think can come close to Guy Simmonds is probably Albert Kesselring, but even he would admit Simmonds was a better General. |
I'm not a fan of the name but it's better than "Commonwealth Army" which many people wanted for some reason when I did a poll a while back. Still, I think it's pretty clear by now that the British are the new faction; any doubts anyone has should be cleared now. |
I don't think Assault Engineers should get a 5th man since their damage output at close range is already one of the best in CoH2. Whenever I play USF, I almost always go Assault Engineers since if you get a good flank off, the enemy will be forced to retreat or get squad wiped almost immediately. |
I'll tell you again, now sit tight and focus:
The poll is about least useful units, not the one you are most butthurt about after they got balanced.
Yes, precisely. I listed my choice in my post and gave reasons why; you don't like it because it opposes the Allies. The legitimacy of this poll and topic has been compromised by bias due to the fact that every choice is an Allied one. If the TC wanted this poll and topic to be unbiased, he would've included German units that are rarely used of which there are plenty of, contrary to your statements stating otherwise. |
Because its not another troll poll made by another butthurt axis fanboy.
But feel free to start one.
No, this is a "troll poll"(Whatever that means) but it's made by an Allied fanboy instead of an Axis one. Why is every unit in the poll an Allied unit? Apparently you and the TC think there are no deadweight units on the Axis side, despite the overwhelming evidence stating otherwise.

Obersoldatens aren't on this poll so I abstained from voting. Before the patch, I always built at least 1 Obersoldaten since they were good anti-infantry but now I never build them since their DPS has been gutted immensely. Panzer Fusiliers are better anti-infantry than Obersoldatens and they cost 120MP less and has less reinforcement cost. |
Don't expect to be able to mod unit skins in CoH2 for a very long time, or perhaps not even at all for a few reasons:
1)It's good source revenue for Relic and they can make a lot of money selling unit skins; if a modder were to make skins whose quality surpassed that of the Relic devs, then no one would buy Relic's skins...obviously this would be unacceptable to higher echelon of Relic's management team and SEGA's legal team.
2) The mod tools to do so aren't available yet to my knowledge which brings me back to point 1 where Relic wants to prosper from selling unit skins, so I highly doubt they're going to release the tools to enable making skins mods for units in CoH2. |
There's a few things I don't like about the OKW but the major one is their lack of hard hitting anti-infantry. Relic portrayed the OKW as a highly experienced and honourable Army, complete with both veteran soldiers and officers who fought in the Spanish Civil War all the way up until the Battle of Berlin, along side new recruits; my problem is that we don't see those highly effective infantry since the last patch pretty much gutted OKW's anti infantry firepower. Right now, Panzer Fusiliers are better than Obersoldaten which cost 120 MP more to build and has less firepower than an upgraded Fusilier squad. While Panzer Fusiliers are the best anti infantry the Germans can field, they're outclassed by Rifles and Paratroopers with their LMG's. |
The level/prestige level displayed on a playercard doesn't indicate what their skill level is FYI. I only have 300 hours in CoH2, and i'm only lvl 70 something(No prestige ranking) but i'm still in the top 60 for 2v2 ranked, and i'm in the top 200 for OKW 1v1 ranked on my alt account. |
