I don't see the point in make a new building for a soon to be bankrupt company but alright, it's SEGA's, er, I mean our money that we gave to SEGA over DLC bullshit and half assed games but you know, whatever.
That soon to be bankrupt company is going to make a whole lot of money soon because they are developing one of the most awaited games of our times. You can't deny it, everyone has some connections to the AoE franchise, a lot of people will sell their soul to play it. Even if it sucks, it will relatively surely outsell CoH2 about 5-10 times.
I know you all have bitter thoughts against Relic which I also can understand and share. But the company is not going to bankrupt anytime soon. The halt in CoH development was not because they were forced to, but more likely because CoH just didn't make a lot of money anymore which is logical as the game is 4 years old and is currently reduced to the hardcore playerbase of about 3.000 - 6.000 people.
