You actually answered it urself! player invest his mp into squads as soon as he has manpower for it! that's the thing, since OKW teching is very cheap and the factions doesn't generally give u options for various support weapons such as mgs/mortars etc you build another (very cost efficient) squad (which u can upgrade it to the mighty shreck).
OKW stays broken as long as it's easy to shreck blob, or shreck has such a performance
In the preview OKW teching costs are pretty much similiar to the USF teching costs. I personally don't blob schrecks and rarely build them, because good players know how to deal with them. In addition I rather invest munitions into mines and grenades, while letting my raketenwerfer deal with tanks. |
except now the british doesn't even have a reliable source of AT snare. Panzerfaust can be kited but still present an obstacle. That's still better than the tommies' lack of at snare and the PIAT's inability to hit moving target.

Oh no, 720 manpower and (atleast) 35 munitions hard counters light vehicles that cost ~200 manpower and ~20 fuel give or take.
You know what will equally hard counter such vehicles? A 260 mp MG42 and a 240mp grenadier using a panzerfaust to ensnare the vehicle. (500 mp and 35 muni, quite a bit cheaper) If you assume they're in the perfect position to work together, of course. (Which is basically what you're doing with those snipers.)
Games are not decided by the persons that throw more resources into the bowl, but by the players that use their units for their defined role with maximum efficiency.
Again, Panzerfausts can be kited and avoided. A cloaked unit that has a 50 range invisible "panzerfaust" has no counter play. |
The main reason for all complains about Shreck, is how strong it is (dmg, pen, etc on the core unit of a faction) and since OKW float mp like crazy, it's too easy to spam volks and giving them now cheap shrecks
One big issue with the next patch will be how fast OKW can get a very strong light vehicle, such as flak ht or luchs, when a faction like UKF still struggles with mp and hard to counter light vehicles with no snare option!
That's completely unfair/broken all factions have snare(or fast shreck for OKW) except UKF, specially considering how useless piats are (for not being rockets and hence reliable)
Please stop that MP float myth. Any good player will invest his MP into squads as soon he has the manpower for it - Infantry spam to the max. Sure they are players that only build 3 volks and then complain that okw has nothing to offer, but that's the wrong kind of play and top players don't do that.
In addition in the preview you have increased MP costs for teching and mainline infantry, if you'd play it you'd notice that its harder too accumulate mp with OKW. |
I don't see a problem with UKF having a sniper that can soft counter vehicles. It should be nerfed but not removed.
Isn't that what exactly Relic did? |
With okw having JP4 and P4 in the same tier I don't see a reason why soviets shouldn't have a su85 and a t34/85 in the same tier. Game changed a lot since brits came out.
People can deal with comets supported by crocs or avres. They will be also able to deal with t34/85 supported by isu/is2.
I also think that Australian magics idea is good, introducing a double call in of t34/76 seems neat. |
Wait yeah it have that range etc but that critical shot have loooong preparation time i killed enemy UKF sniper simply crushing him under my jgpz4 tracks... so

Hans could've won this by spamming mines and buying Bars. He had the map in early and mid game,so he could've plastered the complete map with mines.
However, entertaining series, wp by both players. It might be 3-0, but it was really even and in no way a 'stomp' |

Falls are one of the few units that are completely fine. He lost them to AOE, which means bad RNG. But then again don't dance around of a Pershing, it has the same AOE as the KT. |
