Soviet 6 men squad often jamming Medic ,and I think Heal Aura will more effective than medic

My honest opinion:
I don't think the problem is big enough to change it and (potentially) introduce bugs. I think it mostly effects larger modes where mass retreats are more frequent. Aura would help SOV to get the units back on the field more quickly. In smaller modes not much would change. So in total, SOV would get a bit more map presence. Not sure if that's needed, because SOV seems pretty fine at the moment. But it's also hard to tell how much of a difference that would really make.

SOV healing could get a little touch, but I think a second option similar to the OST half track would be best.

I think with the 251 healing squads inside it, it’s time for the M5 to do the same.

id put a small base aura heal at t4 or something just to help out in the late game without messing with the early game too much. make it a paid upgrade

Just increase the medic by 1-2 men , there is a reason why AOE heal is either fragile or timed

I think the main reason for that is that UKF and USF healing can be deployed at the front lines and is "spammable" after the initial cost has been paid.

OKW Battlegroup medics jam too. I always wonder why there's medics-model-healing system is present in the game anyway. To speed up/slowdown overall healing for balance purposes? Never gonna happen but I'd buy aura healing for a dollar for all factions.

Medic is fine for Osteer, also they have more stock healing option than other factions.

Soviet stock healing option shoud be look at.

Add some more madics to the base, 1 or 2. That should be enough. A healing aura will be too much.

Also, make the nurses phase through models, because instances of false positive healings (the icon is displayed but the nurses can't heal the unit because they can't quite enough reach them) can happen quite often when units clump in the base
