its cooldown timer is so much because its better then mobile artillery barrages. this ability causes devastation to the enemy like not many other units. thats why the countdown is so high
You need M36 to counter KT not 270MP AT guns. And even then I’ve lost a KT to M1s. That said, never ever try to slug it out with the biggest bruiser in the game without a heavy numbers advantage.

i love how the KT is solo, no help. not even scared. deflecting shots. dodging shots. how many shots do it take to kill it with those tank destroyers if u add the misses the bounces and pens. its going to be ALOOT of shots. they can only really go down if snared or flanked. and only if they dont have troops fighting the army u have attacking the kt. imagine if allies had these and axis had to start microing the f out of the whole game sacrificing units. axis players will quit and cry. but all that said. its fun and who cares about the stress and lose streaks who cares its op. i remember days of allies tanks having alot of armor and u know what happens? axis players complain. and u know what hapens? allies tanks get nerfed instead of armor they get more hp lol. just so axis dont have to struggle and be stress free. 2 atguns will just tickle a kt he really needed 4-5 and some snare and a tank chasing trying to get behind. which is the sacrifice tank
I never understood why they changed the Scott so that it overlaps with the pak howi. They nerfed pak howi AOE because going 2 of them was strong against blobby-campy players. They gave it the mega useless, more bleed 1 extra guy (who is clumped up with the rest of the weapon team so no real survivability there), and with already on a 1.25 RA modifier, just straight up nerfed it.
Instead of making the pak howi a strong barrage weapon (eg hitting a super clumped up yellow cover squad means death and not just 1 model down with 15% hp left). It's really comical. I always go for double pak in every 3v3 I play and in each and every one of them, paks reach vet2-3 with less than 10 kills on each. The nerf really hammered down the lethality of it. You pay 340 just to damage infantry.
Scott could have been a mini brummbar to deal with fussie/ober blobs but it's just a barraging tool.... like the pak howi.
Rifles go down as the game progresses because the fights are no longer close to medium range, so long range specialists dominate (obers, JLI, falls). Coupled with the annoyingly long snare animation. Just now lost 2 squads of rifles to 2 obers trying to snare two 1 pixel HP P4Js, vet2 obers took down 2 vet3 rifles on medium range faster than each rifle managed to fire one snare on each P4. Comical.
USF is fine as is in 1v1s. 2v2 you really need to be careful and rely on paths to negate some maps (bad design, wide arc MG can push you back easily with a bit of micro).
3v3 is horrible for USF on most maps.
Don't play 4v4 so not gonna comment. Doubt it's any better.
If they nerf the pathfinders because some low rank people find them OP, well... after the scott rework into a mobile pak howi and the constant stream of nerfs to indirects, they really will cement their position as "incompetent people of COH2"

no, 17pdr cant shoot through terrain but has increased durability to compensate
how does the durability compensate aiming at a tank from behind a all. i rather shoot the tank then be some big target that has to brace making me no longer in the fight. and is it more durable though. its hard to target the pak43 with long range arty or whatever to break the gun. on a 17 pounder its going to break pretty fast cuz its a big target and the whole thing is basically the gun which always been wierd. i rather 17pounder be decrewable to so atleast i can try to fix it up again

I think scotty is fine, but if the unit is getting ANY change it should be buff. No chance in hell it should get nerfed again
no way in hell this thing should be nerfed again. it needs a buff. barrage sucks. blob killing for usa sucks. same for brits. centuar is not the answerfor blobbing and scott aint either. buff both of them. scott cant shoot at a atgun without dieing if it dont use barrage. if u use barrage the enemy will move and u didnt kill units. have to wait for barrage to make the atgun move again.
Has been brought up before, usually bunkers aren't a problem and destroyed quickly.
Long range tank destroyers are cancerous, but you can fight them with arty as of late.

rifle nade is some bs.. that long range shooting over objects and the instant explosion. in team games this shit so op its not funny. wish grens had a regular type of nade.
