Not according to notes:

"DECEMBER UPDATE COMMANDER REVAMP - FINAL
Cover bonus for slot items from 300% to -25%."

Although the notes do not specify is the x50% accuracy penalty applies or not to slot items.

Can't find such a thing in the tools, only:

- Base 50% accuracy penalty for Osttruppen.
- Bonus 300% accuracy in cover, exclusively for the Osttruppen Kar98k.

So you have to add 50% dps to the Osttruppen Kar98k chart on coh2db.

I don't see any cover penalty for slot weapons. Perhaps it's like the CP4 damage reduction nerf which never went through.
