I've already found several issues:
- Soviet Sherman lose capture ability, not radionet.
- CavRifles still shown as 3cp ability in main menu.
- Paratrooper combat group required 2 Cp instead of 3 in-game (Tested with cheatmode, so maybe works incorrectly with it).
- Non-english version got localization for 12.12.18 december patch, but not for 07.02.19. At least for russian localization. I am talking about string from 11159798 to 11161267.
- Still missed strings 11159444 and 11159445 (req for dispatch M1 At gun and M20 as well).
- This patch, according to date, should be released only 100 years on.
Outside of the lackluster JLI nerfs, it's a pretty neat patch. A few nice buffs to Recon Support Company, they patched out the double Assault Engineer rush, and tweaked a few of the weaker units. The 221 in particular is a pretty nice change. I wonder how much of a difference the penetration buff will make against Clown Cars and UCs in practice?
Good patch overall. This is the right way to adjust JLI, small tweaks to weaken the unit and observe the small changes to find the sweet spot in terms of power.
As long as follow up patches are made to fix the bugs found and hone in on the sweet spot for JLI then hold it where its sweet, all good.
Thought It was just happening to me, or I was doing something wrong, but I've noticed this too.
Report bugs in the bug section of the website. :/
I haven't heard of this bug, never seen it, and no one has reported it since the balance patch in january. If no one reports bugs, they go unnoticed and don't get fixed.
Jäger Light nerf is a complete joke. They did not get nerfed in any meaningful way. Increasing their cost slightly will not change anything because realistically even if you get 3 Jäger Lights over the course of a game the total of MP and muni you need to pay more is a meager 90 MP 45 muni over the course of the entire game. That´s not impacting the game in any way. Guess every game will be against Overwatch or Scavange for the next weeks. Pretty sure this will have a negative impact on the playerbase.
I am glad Shocks are back to having a shared cool down. They are good enough in combat even without the grenade spamming.
KV-8 nerf is questionable. I only saw KV8s in a few of my 2v2 games and most of them from people trying them out immediately after the patch hit. They don´t seem to be overly effective in 1v1 and 2v2 because of low speed and mediocre armor + HP. Guess now they are once again getting burried along with the other useless Soviet units. Guess I can understand this nerf if the KV8 was a big problem for 3v3+.
The 221/223 should have gotten an outright timing buff instead of this adjustment. It came too late for being a unit that loses every fight against UC and M3.
Good patch! I think the JLI cooldown nerf is going to be a pretty big deal, since you can't get a bunch of them to replace your mainline infantry right away.
Feels very nice to have bugs I pointed out squashed (Commissar pistol damage, Assault Engineer Popcap and cost inconsistency).

Except, if you had tested it, the 221 no longer loses to M3 and UC. Now it can win with some nice RNG because of its new 5.4 armor. Timing buff would've made USF defenseless.
Is the valentine potent enough to be limited to just one? Honest question as I've never really liked it so haven't used it much even since it was buffed.
The JLI nerf seems a bit on the soft side but I guess we'll see how it plays out.
Derp, does this change actually make any sort of difference?
It's standardization with infantry LMG penetration (LMG42, LMG34, BAR, .30 cal) which will give it slightly better performance vs light vehicles rear armor and vs Shock Troopers (1.5 armor).
Giving it any more pen would've made it too good versus the Allied scout vehicles (M3, UC, WC51) but it didn't make much sense that it had less pen than infantry LMGs either. It's more of a fix than a real buff.

Otherwise it all looks good so far.
Relic has not changed its stats, so I think it is no that OP. But it is disgusting that player need to spam another unit (Puma) to counter Valentine spam.
Cost from 220/20 to 220/15
Radio upgrade fuel cost increased by 5
Penetration from 1/1/1 to 1.2/1/1
Vet requirements reduced by 15%
Armour increased to 5.4 from 4
I like these changes. But the armour increasing looks like a little over-buff to me. It may make 221 too good against USF.
