No watch when they show the commanders. He spacifically states that they were available in TOW but will now be in multiplayer.

The commanders will also be free as well as the new maps, but you need to buy TOW.
Edit: sorry if I'm misleading, but you will have the commanders and maps regardless whether you buy the TOW. I believe they come out the 24th.

Aww, i got it up there in the title and everything. Now I just look stupid.
BTW, shock army looks brutal. PPSH, Shock troops, and heavy mortar. Damn!

Meh, I dont understand how these can be called new. There is zero new content there. Re-arranging the same old stuff is just plain lazy. Why did you guys have to venture off from the vCOH system again? Each doc was actually different and you had branches to choose what you wanted as strategic choices throughout the game. The whole thing really needs to be taken back to the drawing board and re-done.

Why did you guys have to venture off from the vCOH system again? Each doc was actually different and you had branches to choose what you wanted as strategic choices throughout the game. The whole thing really needs to be taken back to the drawing board and re-done.
It's probably too late for that. They are pretty invested in them, especially since many people payed actual money for some of them.

The worst part is we know they have the KV-1, partisans, other artillery, and now the KV-2 fully rendered, but for some reason refuse to put them in multiplayer without telling us why.

One thing really missing from the game is call-in Elite infantry for the Germans, so making a doctrine called "German Infantry Doctrine" with no such infantry is like we're getting trolled. I don't see the point of releasing "new" commanders that are simply re-arrangements of the old ones.

shock army does look OP. Snipers and su is a potent force all this doctrine looks to do is take away the fragile nature of the sniper=inf support of the su and replace it with the best anti inf, inf as well as the best mortar to soften up any shreckpanzgrens trying to scare away the su
it looks as though with this doctrine that the sovs will be able to push up the field with a force only beaten by a very lucky MHT flame bomb seeing as mg will be bombed by hmortar before dealing with shocks and i cant see any other way of getting in on that with a frontal assualt seeing as a flank will be beaten by cheap sov mine spam because until the plane call in its a muni light doctrine because ppsh is only 20muni and shocks would be more worth it than cons in the first place

I also do not understand why they continue to create new commanders always with the same abilities made randomly.
When would be enough to create new commanders with new skills, and you have endless possibilities as many as the imagination.
