Oh man. I didn't mean beace :S this is obviously a bad idea. The bofors has artillery ability. That can be stopped at any time in case someone would like to run in with nades.

Ah. That ability doesn't really do that much damage anymore I thought tho, so can't you just reposition the at guns with a model or maybe even two lost (since they don't get suppressed)?. The bigger problem is mortar pits, but okw has leigs too.

All UKF emplacements cost popcap, pak43, lehft, ml20 and b4 cost popcap as well. 20mm flak as well.


These are all controllable units. You can tell them what to attack, they have abilities, they show up on your unit bar, they can be decrewed and captured. The Flak HQ is not a unit, it's a static structure that you have no control over, like an MG Bunker. It cannot be commanded, has no abilities, is not on your unit bar, and cannot be captured.

FlakHQ is a tech building. That's why it doesn't have a pop cap. Frankly, in 1v1, most factions 100pop armies are just barely adequate (which is a good thing, as it forces you to make interesting decisions). Adding pop to the Flak HQ would seriously screw up OKW's late game.

better question is, why USF healing is the most expensive and yet the most fragile of all healings in the game?

Because you can move it and there is no cooldown.

and it dies to a luchs or a 222 or a shrek in 1 second, and it's not safe even on your base sector.

Any other healing method is better in the long run.

Ambulance costs 4 popcap and arguably the most in resources (250MP, 10F) because it has AoE heal and you can reinforce from it on the front lines in a mobile fashion. Ostheers costs 150MP 60M + bunker build time, which could be seen as the most expensive. OKWs costs 100MP, 15F and since fuel is the most scarce resource could be seen as the most expensive.

Ambulance pop cap is fine however there are several USF units that need pop cap adjustment. In my personal opinion it's the best healing option out of all factions due to it's ability to heal multiple squads AND reinforce.

What planet are you from? You have to pay for the truck yes, THEN the building, THEN the upgrade.

It's by far the most expensive non doctrinal option even with out fuel.

The fact that anybody actually thinks OKW base structures should cost popcap has me extremely worried that the community is in charge of balance now. :loco:
