Below is a short clip which explains how scatter, scatter angle, and accuracy work within COH2. This should help address a number of questions I have been receiving lately regarding the last patch.

A few notes not mentioned in the video:

- no collision on friendly units, so damage is dealt to them via splash
- accuracy is determine based on distance then multiplied vs. target size
