So what can we/Relic do to fix USF Mortar spam?

Why did Relic put this mortar in in place of the one that was tested and supposed to go in the game? did they actually say something about it, or was it just waking up on release day and going "wtf? this isn't the mortar I tested"

And why haven't they changed it back yet?...........

Seriously though, why buy DoW3 if it's going to have the game life that CoH2 did. Badly balanced factions either internally in their own unit choices or against each other for most of its life, plagued by long-standing bugs, optimisation decreases that turned the game unplayable for a period (at least for me), and near-absence of needed polishing with stuff like commanders and bulletins. And then when the game is approaching working order because the community was listened to, it's abandoned - or perhaps it's the other way around.

My issue with the USF mortar is.....The mortar halftrack why is it so useless (Well in my playtime with it)

The USF Mortar halftrack is useless compared to Ost counterparts....
I just can't understand why Relic make two similar units with almost opposite value.
