Definitely intersting. The Ostheer commander always was somewhat restricting as I couldn´t get the manpower together to field a Pak43 AND a 105mm. With OKW this will be way easier.

Anything that gives a further option to defeat emplacement spam is welcome.

No. Sidetechs with hefty costs are added to the faction. Volks lack a purpose now, so you will have to invest your manpower on multiple different units.



No more manpower 'float' whatsoever.

So OKW gets another Ostheer emplacement? I don't get why they'd choose an artillery one seeing as that doctrine has an offmap variant, plus OKW has two good artillery units to begin with. I'd have gladly chosen something like Early Warning or Forward Recievers, which are just beginning phase passives
