Yeah good improvement, but not perfect.
Everybody don't have 150k supplies and 500 of them per drop is very very low giving the price of a commander. If we had 500 supplies in addition to the drop, that would be nice.
But right now, the really good thing is the fact that we can't have duplicates anymore, not the supplies system.
But yeah, for once Relic did a good change in favor of the community, that's pretty rare.

You do get 1500 - 2000 per game plus the odd dropped item - a light weeks gaming will buy you another commander. It might be fair to complain about the reward for previous duplicates but at least they are crediting people with something rather than saying they are starting from scratch. I got about 90k which was enough to plug most of the gaps in my commander collection plus quite a few skins.

Are you able to gift items you buy with supply? I suspect not - could unleash farming exploits and grey market.

I don't care about bulletins, I want more cool skins like rita's to spend mine on, or victory strikes which para drop 50 explosive cows onto the enemies base.

Maybe most of them, not all of them.
Maybe good examples are "mines get build 10% faster" or MGs gain 10% faster vet".

My two go to bulletins for OKW are disregard for personal safety and grim reaper tool. Since one of those won't work after the patch and the other can't be triple packed, what do you guys recommend for my other two slots?
