Intel buletins:

My question is simple: how this buletins works ? Because I want to block them from my mod.
I never work with them in my mod tool then any help will be apreciated.

You can find them in upgrades/intel_bulletins. They use filter actions to apply modifiers, i.e. every entity with the type 'grenadier' gets +3% accuracy or whatever. If you want to disable them, I guess you could just clone every bulletin and remove everything from 'actions'. I don't know if there's a quicker or more elegant way.

Hi guys, does anyone know how to properly extract the intel bulletin info ?

For example the way they did it here? https://coh2db.com/site/index

I need to know:
- name
- server_ID

But when I am looking at the xml data I can see name, but sometime it's not filled in? And I can't find the server id :|

By the looks of it, this Janne252's site and servers, not Relics. This was most likely all manually inputted.

Basically the application goes through all the abilities, squads, entities, intel bulletins, upgrades, and weapons and converts the necessary data to SQL commands which can be used to update the database."

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3
