As the next faction need to be from the Axis side, i propose :
Rommel's Afrika Korps as the new axis faction !
Desert's dunes Maps;
Ridges & ledges maps;
Oasis map;
Costal map;
Desert's town;
El Alamein;
Tobruk;
Some new German units : 88mm Flak guns e.t.c
Italian partisans and irregulars unit.
Naval bombardement;
New skins
We have to tech already ready for deep sand : like deep snow.
We can have the optional sandstorm : like snow storm.
We already have camo and ambush ready.
Feel free to add anything that fit in the context.

Interesting idea. It could field a mix of German and Italian units. And btw, the Italians fought on the Ostfront in Russia as well so this formation doesnt need to be too desert focused.
Of course we would finally see the Panzer III.

I would just give up on keeping vehicles that saw action in ww2. I went to a armor museum and found out we have a type of vehicle in the game that was not in service till 1954.
The museum also had a SU100, that made me depressed.

On the contrary, I think I remember something about the Brits being the last faction. I might be wrong though, but I think I've heard or read it somewhere.

The desert is such a different landscape and combat environment to continental Europe, that I don't know how you could make them mix. Soviet conscripts running around oasises? Afrika Schutzen running around Stalingrad snow in shorts and pith helmets?
The Jagdtiger would also completely dominate that open terrain, unless the maps are built like they are now. But then after that what would the desert bring to the game other than conflicting aesthetics?
I just don't see the point of the AK, when all the equipment is available in other ways. Is it just that people love the legend of the AK?

They could add the flak 38 for africa korps. You know that one with wheels wich was in the movie "saving private ryan". I'm sure it was used by the africa korps.
