Obers are good only vs soviets(that seems balanced beside maxim spam) and vs USF and UKF blob are so bad even 2 is vet 2 brens+piat.They are so bad that don't worth building.I beter build 3 volks and go 6 volk spam than 3 volks+2 obers.Seriously.Ober hit so much,do damage so slow vs IS 2 and rifleman with lmg that reap everything.Obers should be 360mp,35 reinforce and 25% decreased vet OR let them 400mp but make them more accurate,increase rifle and lmg damage just a bit like 15-20%

OST isn't doing so bad. They have been climbing in 1v1 and have shot up the top faction in 2v2 by a big margin.

ANd almost sure that obers arent an important part of that % by far

0.002 more and it has only been a few days. :loco: Wait a month and then come back.

And for the op, obers don't need any changes expect remove the vet 4 suppresion for now. Its way too early to start saying that some certain unit is in need of buff's or nerfs.

So... What will this do vs soviet? If they are currently balanced agains soviet wont making them cheaper to make/maintain or straight up better complete leave the soviet in shit? Also obers arnt blob Control, when I face volks blob I certainly dont think "ill build a sniper" luch eats Brit blobs since the piat cant even hit stationary targets amd for the USF (Brits too actually) throw uo a few mines

Ober only seems bad because the enemies are most likely vetted by the time they arrive. In additional, the okw player will most likely have a full complement of infantry by the time he's got the flak truck, making it more efficient to spend the manpower on a tank.

Obers with the lmg are kind of underwhelming. Even with the Stg, the dps is high but it's so inconsistent because of constant reloading

Obers are absolute monsters. Probably the scariest infantry in the game once they get to vet 3.

Vet 2 is when they are scary. It is when their acc is increased, greatly increasing damage output.

well i think a lot LOT of people are forgetting ops point..obers are 10 POPcap anti infy only unit which u bring to counter infantry and thwn the standard infy' are beating them its not fair....my suggestion is just revert the 3rd dmg nerf they got.....lmg and stg dmg from 6 to 8...also falls need buff too...jeagers and fussies are dominating okw.....falls and obers are left behind in dirt...it hurts a little as they are supposed to best of best..not worthy of their name

Obers will (rightfully) beat any squad on equal footing, if vet 0 obers can beat vet 3 rifles with double bar/lmg whats the point of even trying as USF when literally the very best ai you can throw at the enemy is slapped aside by a squad that hasnt fired a round yet? I wouldnt be against a slight buff for obers but anything too drastic and soviet stand no chance with their "upgrades and scaling are for capitalist dogs" thing they have going on. ALSO falls dont nees a buff imo, I use them almost exclusively and they melt face. The only thing I might suggest/hope for is the ability to produce them in t4 at a reduced cost (nix the infiltration fee)

Make obers vet faster by 25% to accommodate when they come and because they face vet2-3 IS,rifleman by that time
