There is too much potential and talent flowing through the fanbase which should not be ignored. The curation and and adding fanmade skins to the live game was a positive start.
But I think they should go further and actually employ some of these diamonds.
If relic were to employ a fan, who would be the best pick?

Mind you, but they have already established community balance team. They are working behind you. The thing is, rarely Relic balance team accept to hear these players's voices, which lead to current state.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

I don't think he identifies bugs, rather than has the will to abuse them and an ear to hear about them.
Whoever of the first three would fix/identify bugs on the game related to gameplay.

Cruzz(balance), Whiteflash(Map pool), Ciez(Balance), Neo(Balance), and anyone with a competent and unbiased mind for increased gameplay. Like I've said before, whoever works on this game should be forced to play it 5 hours a day, every day, for 2 months, then come back and say it's spectacular and should be the benchmark for any RTS game atm.
