Is 15 pop for these units really appropriate for them considering they cant move? I find that these guns are tough to have built because of their high upkeep, especially for axis since they have other rather high pop units combined with them. They should be at-least 12 maybe 10?

Thoughts?

15 popcap for on-map howis is fine, I'd drop mp cost to 500mp as long as they are so easily countered, but popcap is fine.
