Alright dear axisfanbois, katitofsupporters and dongiveashitlords.
Here are my just two cents.

-BALANCE-
Pr0stheer
1-Give Ostheer a 300mp PaK38 50mm accessible via the HQ when the battle phase 1 is unlocked. Damage output guarantees two shot kill of T70 andbAEC. Still threatens T34-76s, Shermans reliably. Faster traverse, setup time. Crew can pull it backwards in a quick fashion if ordered so after VET1.
2-PaK39 75mm is still in the same building
420MP to build has its damage output buffed and gained tracking ability after VET1, stun shot after Vet2. Now guarantees two shot kills of Stuarts. Can penetrate anything but IS-2 with no problem.
3-Panzer III unlockable in tier 2 building after battle phase 2 is unlocked.
4-Sniper is now 400 manpower, same stats, no cheesy sprint provided by Encirclement doctrine.
5-222 has its damage buffed by %30, got its scale reduced to Puma level, armor cant be penetrated by Mosins, Enfields, Garands etc. Can now fight off a single zook equipped Riflemen. 30 Fuel.
6-Grenadiers and Panzergrenadiers can be reinforced to 5 men after unlocking BP3. Cost adjustments adjusted.
7-Railway Artillery buffed to Brit counterpart level.
8-Pioneers can fight off Riflemen in CQC when they reach VET3. Ostruppen gains nothing but defensive bonuses by VET. Mortars has its nonVET range buffed, VET ranges nerfed.
9-Grenadier LMG upgrade now costs 70Muni, Panzerschreks 100 to 110 muni. Stormtrooper STG upgrade time is 15 seconds and is 75 muni.
10-Panther has its AI power buffed to a bit reliable. Either buff its reload time or give some damage. Can now be equipped with infrared scopes that can survey the battlefield up 50 range front.
11-Panzerwerfer has its suppression value removed, damage profile somwhere between Calliope and Katyusha.
12-Tiger's armor and HP remains the same, range nerfed to 45.
13-Sdkfz.250 Now buildable in Tier 3 building with top MG42 mount. Late game mobilization for Ostheer. 25 Fuel, Same stats.

Since I am busy with work atm, I'll update this thread with every faction soon.

Not bad ideas, although now what needs a lot of work is WFA armies, but this would be good, except for the panther change: It's AI damage when it gets an MG upgrade is already quite good for a pure tank destroyer and better reload would mean absolutely no disadvantage except for the cost

Mostly agree, though the panther infrared scopes seem like a bit too much. Maybe make it an upgrade on top of the mg42?

The fact that most of these changes are just putting OKW version of the unit under a different name.

And don't even get me started on 200 dmg T0 ATG(why 200? because he expects AEC to be 2 shotted).

I only agree with #7.

Scratch that, and #5, but I don't know if 30 fuel is enough. If it was 30 fuel and needed to be upgraded with the autocannon that might work. Immunity to small arms would make it capable of rushing snipers early on, so it might need to have it's autocannon delayed through its old upgrade so it's not coming out ready for light tanks.
