Okay, this is very interesting. Please read on.

Also, I have 3x wehr intel bulletins : "mortar HT abilities recharge 10% faster" - tested:

No bulletins: recharge time after laying down smoke - 33 seconds
3x bulletins: recharge time after laying down smoke - 20 seconds (30% of 33s is 23s - but it is stacked, no problem here)

This is where it gets ... problematic and OP:

The mortar barrage ability ("fires 6 8cm highly explosive mortar rounds") :
No bulletins: recharge time after completing mortar barrage ability (6 shells fired) : 17 seconds
3x bulletins: recharge time after completing mortar barrage ability (6 shells fired) : 4 seconds

I tested a few times.

Wehr mortar team (GrW 34 8cm) are also broken: bulletin used: "abilities recharge 10% faster"
No bulletins: recharge time after completing mortar barrage ability - 13 seconds.
1x bulletin: recharge time after completing mortar barrage ability - 5 seconds.

So... 10% of 13 seconds is ....uh... =/

Smoke recharge time : 14s - without bulletins
Smoke recharge time - 14s - WITH 1x bulletin - Why no change?

Btw, how many other of these inconsistencies will we find ? o.O

These are just a handful I tested............

That is becouse the timer is counted from the beginig of ability, not the end in that case.

Still, misleading and inconsistent.

Intel Bulletins were never intended to be stack-able. This issue is going to change. Thanks

Hey Cuddletronic,

Thanks for the reply.

I can understand where you're coming from. Still, a quick browse through the forums and the players I've asked seem to be against this idea.

If we were to do a poll (for arguments sake) and the vast majority of the community voted in favor of being able to stack Intel Bulletins would you consider leaving them as they are?

np I get u , I do think itll be a cool idea to lvl up your bulletins by using a dup. example
I have a 3%atgun then with every dup add 1% til 5% max at lvl 3? itll make it fun lol

Are you able to speak to whether or not we will be able to convert duplicates into bulletins we don't have yet or something similar?

I have passed that along, but I don't think there are any plans to add SLI support.
Thanks
