I'm disapointed on you people. Triple -10% dispatch JT is 9th comment D: (i have 7 of those)
3x Extended ranges on nades for USF. For when you want Riflenades.
I've used the +21% nade range increase. Damn things can be thrown across the map more or less.
Now I just roll Rifle Vet 30% faster so they're all Vet 3 by the time I choose Calliope Company and have floated 300 munitions. Then the M1919s get passed out and Axis infantry just melts away.

That´s the strange thing about bulletins. Some can actually change things, like triple Ammo reduction for mines or Schrecks, triple vet multipliers or vision range increase for snipers (aka self spotting). Triple +5% armor on the P4 almost increases the armor value to the level of a Tiger.

Generally I don't think any bulletins should stack.
It's so bizarre that some do, some don't, and you're right, some bulletins have such little effect that they are completely pointless. Then (as we've seen in this thread) there are tons of bulletins still out there that are literally useless as their purpose has been patched out of the game.
Why Relic hasn't removed the bulletins that no longer work and/or have any impact on the game due to patches is beyond me. You think "Removed [X] bulletin" would be fairly straightforward and be included in patch notes....
