Does anyone else feel that it has just a bit too much survivability for such a cheap unit?
A 210 MP capping unit with the fastest capping speed in the game that can get away pretty easily if not snared and suffers no bleed due to the fact that it's a vehicle. It also has 4.5 armor on all sides for some reason, making it difficult to kill even with an M20.

It's super easy to harass with and hard to defend against as you can poop these out at any stage of the game and send them to cap cutoffs/important points etc. while fighting the enemy army. They are also hard to pin down since they can outrun any infantry unit you may send to counter them, beginning a tedious game of cat and mouse.

It deffenetly ties up my units while also dealing damage to them. It caps pretty fast making dealing with OKW in large games kind of a certain hell

I don't think increased cap speed was a good idea.

reduce armour down to 4.2 or 4.0 and give it a fuel cost

Yeah Kubel should have at least 5 fuel cost. They added fuel to it for a reason, how soon they forget.

It's not difficult to kill with m20. This thing causes much less troubles than kubel with supression. Unlike new superdupervolksgrenadiersubersoldiers.

Doesn't feel to me like its too durable, it loses badly to RETs in green cover, but will cause trouble if you will try to use it vs inf in the open.

relic should take a page from dow2 and make the kubel able to decap but not capture. this makes it a very strong harassing unit but doesn't allow it to give map control.

It no longer has superior range or suppression. Its combat effectiveness is literally lower in exchange for the ability to cap. Hell if kubels are OP, then I'm sure you thought bikes and jeeps were OP in coh1.

For a fast vehicle that can get out asap, it's already enough to be able to get out fast and decap. It does not need to be faster than others.

I seriously don't know what to think about the new Kubel. It gives you some insane amount of capping power.

It's one of the few units that doesn't need to be adjusted at all right now; fits perfectly fine where it is as a scout/caping vehicle. Just add a 5 fuel cost and that'd be enough.

You loose 210MP when its destroyed. And its not an effective combat unit. USF has its troubles against this, but why would you not use rear echelons to defend a cutoff or fuel against it? Build a tank trap --> green cover --> he needs more than just a kubel to harrass.

I do agree that it doesen't need to have a faster capping rate and it would be a great idea to let it only decap territory. This way you would have to think more about when to build it since at the start it would only mean giving up map control.

Plus, OKW have no menpower problems at all, which was proven recently.

Its not supposed to be effective combat unit.
Its fuel free vehicle, its quite clear that its light support, capper and scout only.

Typical,well-known OKW fanbois defending the Kubel,what a surprise.
Objectivly Kubel is too cheap for what it does and it costs again -5 fuel.
Scavange provides you with even more ammo if you rely on Kubels.
