No fan of giving the Katy more AoE, it already has an easier time because most Wehr inf. are 4 men sqauds.
T34/76 were used until the end of the war.
I dont think we will see any changes but I would have liked if Relic would have added something like Coh1 allied war machine with the diffrence that vehcile losses would be replaced with T34/76.

the reason that all soviet vehicles have high scatter is the 4 man squads of ostheer, or do you want people to complain about squadwipes even more? (OKW players cant stand seeing their Fallscrimjäegers get 1 shotted by a sherman using HEAT rounds, so T34/76's scatter is fine)
The T34/76 pen is 120/100/80 and a panzer 4 pen is 120/110/100. Buffing pen will make the T34/76 imbalanced to the panzer 4 and would render the T34/85 obsolete. If anything, the T34/76 needs its reload reduced (higher than a panther atm) and reduced scatter (all soviet vehicles suffer from high scatter).

Katy needs only slight buffs.
SU85 needs to be brought in line with other TD's. It also needs a real vet 1, its current "tracking" is silly at best.
T34-76, needs to remove ram, give flank speed (Extremely high speed overheat engine, preferably with a way to prevent it being used only defensively), and needs a slight penetration increase. Also the accuracy of the MGs needs to go up or the accuracy of the gun needs to go up so it can engage infantry consistently. It is currently so random it is hard for either player (Soviet or German) to gauge when it will kill a squad.
The 4-man squad thing is not as large an issue, as many factions fight with squads of 4-men, and OKW has a base squad of 5.

IRL Luchs was better T-60 in all: more crew, more speed, more armor and better cannon.
Gun T-60 has a firing rate of 800 rounds per minute. It's just a meat grinder. Yes, thin armor. But the tank will be balanced. Micro Centaur.

Like Pz.III or Marder. Yep.

After the OKW release is not an argument.

TNH is some sort of big machingun IRL. Worse ballistics, weight of shell and penetration when Luchs KwK.

I agree gun worse, but the gun fire explosive shells with a rate of 800 rounds per minute, should suppress soldiers

My opinion:
Katy: It's pretty good. However, it is RNG -dependent at long range. You should try to get it a little closer to the target. At Vet 2 and 3, this rocket artillery is a monster
SU85: Extremely deadly at vet 2 and 3 but lackluster at vet 0. I think it could use some sort of turn speed buff. It also has terrible pathfinding.
T34/85; This is a cheap generalist tank. However, i think it is very RNG-dependent. It can either snipe models consistently, or miss at everything even at close range.

You know it's going to be salty if it's a thread about Soviet balance
1.Katyusha
After the huge nerfing it's received, why does it fire so slowly? The original intention in the gap of the salvos was so that Axis players could react to the Katyusha's awesome firepower. But now, not only is it patheticaly weak, it's also slow. Katyusha needs a damage buff and the silly gap in the salvo needs to be removed. It should fire all at once like the panzerwerfer.
2.SU-85
Oh boy. Where do I start? This supposed 'tank destroyer' bonces shots at a panther, costs more than a StuG, but is slower, less accurate and penetrates less. It shouldn't be priced down, but rather should have it's abilities increased to its resource value.
3.T34/85
Needs a serious damage and penetration buff. It should be able to reliably penetrate the frontal armor of panthers and Panzer IV ausf.J. It's almost as expensive as an easy eight but it is nowhere near as good.
+1
And panzerwefer should get a nerf... compared to it.. katyusha is nothing.

All things aside, SU-85 is the #1 obvious solution for a buff. While farming war spoils, I pitted a vet 3 SU-85 (yes, with its monster fire rate) against a vet 0 JP IV and the SU-85 lost more times than it won. It's very pathetic and nothing can excuse that since it was already vet 3. Vet 0 is just a billion times worse. Also, 2 vet 3 SU-85s will almost always lose to a single vet 0 KT. Its ability to repel heavy tanks is also a joke. I'm just very upset and frustrated at this piece of shit vehicle in general.

Vet 3 SU85 is quite a monster. I think the JP4 is just way too strong (has godly vet too). The trick is to keep the SU85 form being damaged since it is rather fragile.
