russian armor

WTF Relic, honestly, this is the last straw.

Should they add the "U" in "Armor company"?

Relic, we've had our times, both good and bad. And you've made some questionable changes to the game, but here, I draw the line. For too long have we had to put up with your tyranny and inability to balance the game. WHY IN GODS NAME HAVE YOU SPELT ARMOUR WITHOUT THE "U"?!? It's deplorable, how you have become subordinate to the American franchise industry, the cancer of SEGA. You, a Vancouver based company, should advocate to keep the Canadian spelling Canadian, and not fall in to the ruse of our southern foe. I must know, should this remain? Let your voice be heard! Answer with your hearts, my brethren.

Yeah umm no.

To elaborate, it's their game and in the end, they can spell it how they like. Maintaining British Imperialism through spelling would be odd.

i think it would be thematically appropriate.

edit: is this a brit commander or a US one? if it's a brit one use the U, if it's a US one don't.

In all honesty it would a convenience if they did change it but I've never been bothered by it.

I'm English.

Honour, valour etc. I spell these words with the U, therefore I can live with myself just fine.

It's a game representing American forces. Deal with it.

I bet the American infantry say "Mom" at some point, too.

Positively uncouth.

To the esteemed developmental staff at Relic Entertainment, I do behoove your collective consciences to stir your bodies into action. I would refer to this dilemma as nothing short of an injustice, Company of Heroes's Waterloo, if ever there were one. It must truly sit ill within your heart of hearts to know that others suffer at the expense of what must be a cruel jape. Our trust is in you to rectify this misdeed, go forth with complete conviction in your quest, accept nothing less than full and complete conversion of disgusting colloquialism to proper Anglic, as I am sure was initially intended.

Rule Brittania.

Ah, I remember this shit from my English classes back in the days. My teacher was a native Englishwoman from Manchester. She took off points from the text I had to write because I first used "lift" instead of "elevator" and later wasn´t consequent enough and used "truck" instead of "lorry".
