Community made skins/faceplates

Back when Relic rolled out the modding hub last summer, there was a vague promise that Relic would look into making community made skins/faceplates available for automatch sometime during the fall.

Now here we are in December and no word about if/when they will be made available.

Beside Relic being late on another promise (vague as it was) it occurred to me that since the skins/faceplates are available in non automatch that I really couldn't figure out why they wouldn't also be acceptable in automatch games. They don't affect game play in any way and if they were worried about the content not being "appropriate" they wouldn't be allowed in any game mode...right?

So, my question is....what's the holdup?

lol maybe u outta bug the hell out of them for that so far i only have 1 emblem under my belt i have more but they're all mod based which sucks and i cant even see them in automatch oh btw u shud tell relic to not make promises they cant keep

When relic does that, alot of people won't buy skins, faceplates, etc... so it wouldn't surprise me if it doesn't happen.

But if it does in hope it's approved content. I dont want a game full of pink tanks with flowers all over.

there is a option to turn off custom content already.

All the more reason for this to become an automatch feature!

Bumping this in hopes someone from Relic will see and respond.

Relic cannot generate any money from this if the face plates and skins are free.

Maybe I dont want to load 10 minutes before every second match because of dickskin or new improved Dogeface ?

Or maybe i dont want to see ugliness of coh2 every match ?

If they implement it they should give at least option to player if he want to see them , load them and have worse game experiences
