Do Bulletins Stack?

Now mathmatically stacking works in another way, 3% more health is not relative to the base health, but to the health the unit has after other modifiers could allready have been applied, so if i have a unit with 100 hp and have a 3% and then another 3% health increase that results in
(100*1.03)*1.03 hp = 103*1,03 hp = 106,09 hp =/= 100*(1.03+1.03) hp
you might say its only a tenth of a percent difference but with different values the effect can be more significant. In vcoh PE offensive vet gave 15% accuracy bonus, at vet 3 offensive vet they had an 52,0875% bonus (1.15³) instead of the 45% you might expect.
Worst example was the pak-bug where you could apply the modifiers for cloaking a pak multiple times which could then 1-hit a king tiger. It gave 25% damage bonus while cloaking, now this applied 10 times wouldnt result in 250% damage bonus but instead in 1.25^10 = 9.31 times the damage (831% bonus).
now some games choose not to use this (natural) mechanic of stacking, i.e. wc3, but seeing as vcoh used it there is no reason why coh2 should be different

I'd also like to know, perhaps an official confirmation?

Permanently BannedIf 2% bulletin and 2% bulletin stack to 4%, its additive. If the second 2% bulletin adds only 2% of the initial 102%, its multiplicative.
I certainly hope they are multiplicative, or else many bulletins become very problematic when stacked.
Theres also the possibility that the "stronger" bulletin overrides the weaker.
Relic will have to tell us how they did it...

It multiplies, and yes bulletins do stack.
does multiplies mean more than additive?

So 3 bulletin for 3% accuracy means 27% accuracy?
More like if 100% is base and you add 3%, then you'll have 103% as new 100% and bulletin will add another 3% to that new 100% value which not is 103% and so on.
Simple, right?

not when you explain it like that. its just 1.03^3
1* 1.03= 1.03
1.03* 1.03= 1.0609
1.0609* 1.03 = 1.092727 = 1.03^3
the difference between multiplying and adding is really negligible though (in this case, with 3 bulletins at 3% the difference is .2727%)

What about the -10% suppression bulletins? If I stack 3 do my units get suppressed at 73% of the normal rate? That does seem like it would make quite a large difference.
Yep, but that's all your bulletins used to get about 1/4 less suppression on one unit.
Bulletin effects are still negligible.
