But yes seriously it could use a nerf. I dont even feel good usng it. I try to only limit to one opell and 2 strafes a game. Abuse comes when sovs spam su85 and snipers.

I was being sardonic. So yes, let me tell you about reading comprehension and your lack of it!
Raise muni cost.
Except that doesn't fix its brokeness. It would still be better than any Soviet strike even with increased cost.
Radius and duration are too long. It's too good at killing infantry despite the fact that it pins everything, including retreating units. I've had entire Guard squads killed by Strafe after retreating. Seen 6 man Zis guns decrewed since you can't actually get out of the radius fast enough.
Not to mention, a blob of PGrens can just waltz right in strafe radius and clean up everything while the Soviets are helplessly pinned.
At 3cp, the cost is about right. The ability itself just needs to be nerfed into the ground to be balanced properly.
Already posted my thoughts earlier in this thread on strafe. But it was extremely hilarious and predictable how your initial 'fix' to strafe was just to raise the muni cost. HAHAHAHA like that would fix it.

Could u xplain to me how propaganda is supposed to work and what it does exactly please? Because it seems pretty useless to me. Most the time it completely misses but when it does hit it doesnt seem to do anything usually, is it bugged? I got one sqaud briefly suppressed once and once a long time ago it suppressed a unit and made one retreat.

I saw a squad retreat from one once. I had always thought the player did it, I had no idea that it was the ability itself.

How does it decide which it does or is it random? And could u guys consider making it fall a bit faster or giving it a larger Radius as it is now its just simply too easy to dodge.

First off all. Tripwire so gud, 10 ammo for a whole dead squad ? + sight.
Vehicle capture point can win games, blitzkrieg save a tank. Fair Deal i think

Unfortunately the soviet strafe is almost useless. Extremely easy to doge, costs a tonne of resources and does crap damage when it does hit unless the opponent is blobbing up so hard.

I don't think any competitive player wants an ability that randomly suppresses, pins or forces a retreat. Random effects = bad. We need to know exactly what it's going to do for planning. Same reason Off Map Combat Group wasn't exactly spammed in competitive games, as it was such a gamble. I dislike gambling and neither I nor the Women's Temperance, Knitting and Quilting Society approve of it in COH.
I wish it was just a "goodbye blob" ability like in COH...
